This page describes exactly what happens to your details when you use this site. It is short because the site does very little with them.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you type into the guestbook: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing on that form is collected without you typing it.
- Ordinary web server records: the address your request came from, the page you asked for, and the time. Every web server keeps these and they are what tells us the site is working.
Why, and for how long
We use what you send us to answer you, and for nothing else. We keep it while we are in contact with you and for two years after we last hear from you, then we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do, and we say when it is done.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless the law requires it. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to developers or to other agents, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask to be on. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation also sits with WhatsApp under their own terms, which are not ours.
What this site stores in your browser
One thing: which language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no third party tracking on this site today. If that changes, this page changes with it before the change goes live.
What you can ask for
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hi@driseproperties.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Figures on this site. Prices, yields and government fees quoted on our pages carry the date they were checked. They are indicative and they change. Nothing on this website is a personal financial recommendation or a promise of a return, and we confirm the current rules for your specific case before you rely on anything.

ما الذي نجمعه
- ما تكتبه في نموذج التواصل: اسمك، ورقم هاتفك أو واتسابك، وما تكتبه في خانة الرسالة. لا يُجمع أي شيء في ذلك النموذج دون أن تكتبه أنت.
- سجلات خادم الويب المعتادة: العنوان الذي جاء منه الطلب، والصفحة التي طلبتها، والوقت. كل خادم ويب يحتفظ بهذه السجلات، وهي ما يخبرنا أن الموقع يعمل.
لماذا، وإلى متى
نستخدم ما ترسله إلينا للردّ عليك، ولا شيء غير ذلك. نحتفظ به ما دمنا على تواصل معك، ولسنتين بعد آخر مرة نسمع منك، ثم نحذفه. وإذا طلبت حذفه قبل ذلك فعلنا، وأخبرناك حين يتم.
من غيرنا يطّلع عليه
لا أحد، إلا إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نمرّرها إلى المطوّرين أو إلى وسطاء آخرين، ولا نضيفك إلى قائمة لم تطلب الانضمام إليها. وإذا اخترت مراسلتنا عبر واتساب فإن تلك المحادثة موجودة أيضًا لدى واتساب وفق شروطهم هم، لا شروطنا.
ما الذي يخزّنه هذا الموقع في متصفحك
شيء واحد: اللغة التي اخترتها، ليفتح الموقع بها في المرة القادمة. لا توجد في هذا الموقع اليوم أي أدوات تحليل، ولا بكسل إعلاني، ولا تتبّع من طرف ثالث. وإذا تغيّر ذلك تغيّرت هذه الصفحة معه قبل أن يصبح التغيير ساريًا.
ما الذي يمكنك طلبه
بموجب قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية في دولة الإمارات، يمكنك أن تطلب نسخة مما نحتفظ به عنك، أو تصحيحه، أو حذفه، أو سحب موافقتك في أي وقت. راسلنا على hi@driseproperties.com ونردّ خلال ثلاثين يومًا.
الأرقام في هذا الموقع. الأسعار والعوائد والرسوم الحكومية المذكورة في صفحاتنا تحمل تاريخ التحقّق منها. وهي تقديرية وتتغيّر. لا شيء في هذا الموقع توصية مالية شخصية أو وعدًا بعائد، ونؤكّد القواعد السارية على حالتك تحديدًا قبل أن تبني عليها أي قرار.
